Christmas coconut balls
During the festive season we all over indulge a little. Make Michael Diacono’s sweet treats made without any refined sugar whatsoever – dried fruit, oats, seeds and coconut are all you need for this healthy treat. These are great to add to your kids’ lunchboxes once they start school again.

Christmas coconut balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup dried figs
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup coconut
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until sticky.
- Roll into balls and roll in more dedicated coconut.
