Cheesy cauliflower bake
Turn boring old cauliflower into a family-favourite side dish with Robert Cassar's cauliflower bake recipe
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 200g grated cheese
- Salt & pepper
- 3 eggs
- Basil
Method
- Cut the cauliflower and seperate it into large florets.
- Boil it until tender.
- Drain the cauliflower from the water.
- In a seperate bowl, mix in the eggs and cheese, salt, pepper and herbsuntil well-combined.
- In a baking dish, add the cauliflower florets and cheese sauce . Stir together.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese,
- Place in the oven at 180 degrees and bake until cheese is bubbly and golden and cauliflower is soft.
