Despite not being a fish eater himself, virtual vegetarian head chef Jonathan Vella has turned the restaurant to an award-winning restaurant – winning the “Fine Dining Award” in The Definitive(ly) Good Guide to Restaurants in Malta and Gozo Awards in 2010 – specialising in fish and shellfish dishes caught from the same waters the restaurant overlooks.
Try their signature tagliatelle with Parma ham and Mediterranean prawns in a creamy Parmesan sauce, or a fish and shellfish bouillabaisse with langostines, Mediterranean prawns, mussels, calms and fresh fish cooked in a rich fish, saffron and fennel flavoured broth with pastis.
For a truly decadent dessert have the warm chocolate pudding with tobacco truffles and salted caramel ice cream.
Dine outdoors, under the stars or if you require something a little bit more private, make use of the two private dining rooms ideal for those important business dinners or a romantic getaway.
