Quattro Fratelli | Sunny Coast open a new restaurant
The Sunny Coast Resort & Spa in Qawra is inaugurating a new restaurant offering a wide variety of food prepared by chef Patrick Macbride.
The new Quattro Fratelli, situated on the main road and overlooking the Sunny Coast Lido and Qawra Bay will be run by local restaurant management company Sprint By 4.
The Quattro Fratelli restaurant will operate in the form of a trattoria, offering a wide selection of dishes ranging from light starter dishes to soups and pasta dishes, as well as grills. It is also offering a selection of mouth-watering meat dishes and a selection of fish dishes including a daily variety of fresh fish.
The menu will also include quick snacks such as burgers and light salads, and also includes a section for younger generations, with a delicious Kids Menu, aimed at putting the fun back into eating – with a toy given out with every kid-meal!
Quattro Fratelli is run by local restaurant management company Sprint By 4, that also manages other Sunny Coast premises. An investment was made of over €200,000 in the premises for the new restaurant which is decorated in a minimalist style by professional decorators and includes an open air terrace and plasma screens for the enjoyment of diners.
