Emirates announces March offers to Dubai and Australia
Emirates has announced its February offers where airfares purchased between 15 and 29 February 2012 will include a complimentary ticket to Dubai or a reduced fare to one of four destinations in Australia.
The offer to Dubai is buy one and get one free for passengers flying in First, Business or Economy Class. Both passengers must travel together on the same itinerary. The departure date from Malta must be from the 1 to 31 March 2012 but the return date can be after end of March. The airport tax on the complimentary ticket is not included. Travellers can also avail themselves from Emirates Holidays hotel packages in Dubai.
Furthermore, Emirates is offering a special reduced Economy Class fare for travel to any of its four Australian destinations - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth. The starting price is €893.52 including taxes. Tickets must be purchased between the 15 and 29 February and commencement of travel must be from the 1 to 31 March, though the return date can be outside this period. Terms and conditions apply to both offers.

The Emirates Airline International Festival of Literature 2012 will be hosting many award-winning writers between the 6 and 10 March. Also, keeping with a cultural theme the Art Dubai 2012, becoming the largest contemporary art fair in the region, will be open between the 21 and 24 March. For music lovers, the world acclaimed artist Engelbert Humperdinck, will be performing for the first time in Dubai on the 7 March and on the following day, the iconic 80's British group, Duran Duran will perform at The Sevens in Dubai.
Avid horse racing enthusiasts will also have reason to be in Dubai during March, as the much anticipated Dubai World Cup 2012 will be held on the 31 March, at the luxurious Meydan Racecourse. This year will mark the 17th edition of the world's richest horse race, with the Dubai World Cup itself worth US$10 million in prize money alone, besides other supporting races held on the same day.
Emirates operates daily flights between Malta and Dubai via Larnaka in Cyprus. The Malta flight arrives in Dubai at 00.55hrs giving passengers convenient onward connections to any of the four destinations in Australia.
