Emirates introduces ‘Change Your Booking’ online

Changes made possible through the new service include altering the time or date of travel, adding flights or upgrading to first or business class.

Passengers can alter or add to their travel itinerary online, any time of the day whether they have booked their flights through the website, phone or travel agent.

"It is Emirates' goal to make travel as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Adding the 'change a booking' functionality online was a long-planned step to help our busy customers," said, Bob Kabli, Vice President E-Commerce. "Now, thanks to the online feature, a family deciding to add a stopover to their holiday plans, a businessperson who needs to see their client a day earlier than expected or friends who decide to upgrade and experience Emirates' award-winning First Class service can change their Emirates booking by simply logging on."

Emirates has implemented the online change functionality on all their global websites, in all languages. To access travel itinerary and change travel plans, passengers simply need to log on using their last name and booking reference number. For more information, go to www.emirates.com  and choose "Manage an Existing Booking" from the homepage menu.

Emirates operates flights on a daily schedule from Malta to Dubai via Larnaka, Cyprus.
