Malta International Airport warns passengers of flight delays in departures and arrivals following total radar failure in Rome

Passengers flying to and from European destinations will be facing delays due to a total radar failure in Rome, the Malta International Airport said.
“Flight delays in departures and arrivals to/from most of the European destinations are expected following a total radar failure in Rome,” MIA said.
The technical fault was registered at the ENAV Control Center in Rome Ciampino where there was a 10-minute slowdown in the presentation of radar data.
