It provides excellent land connection with Milan as well as other places of interest in Italy. To celebrate the introduction of this new route, Air Malta is offering its clients a special fare starting from Euro 79 per passenger. This airfare includes return air ticket and all applicable taxes and charges. This offer is valid for travel before 26th March 2011 and reservations and ticketing are to be effected by 30th November 2010. Certain conditions may apply.
Commenting on this new route, Brock Friesen, Air Malta’s Chief Officer Commercial said, “We believe that the move to Milan Linate Airport will stimulate more traffic to and from this popular city in the northern part of Italy. With this shift, we are providing more accessibility and convenience to our passengers due to the proximity of the airport to the city centre. We are also planning to operate a daily flight as from summer 2011.”
“With the flight schedule that Air Malta will be operating and the attractive airfares, we are giving our clients the opportunity to benefit from short breaks during the winter months,” added Mr Friesen.
For the convenience of its clients, Air Malta will maintain its operation to Milan Malpensa Airport during the Christmas period.
