Two hospitalised after traffic accident in Zabbar

Two persons were hospitalised on Wednesday after crashing into a tree in Zabbar.

The accident took place at around 7pm in Council of Europe Road.

Police said a 33-year-old woman driving a Honda Accord, with a 38-year-old passenger crashed.

The pair were taken to Mater Dei Hospital for further treatment.
