Man grievously injured after car crashes into pole

A 57-year-old man was grievously injured after a traffic accident on Tuesday morning.

The accident occurred at Hal Far industrial zone at 3am.

The victim, a resident of Cospicua, lost control of the Hyundai Accent he was driving and crashed into an electricity pole.

He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital for further treatment.

A police investigation is going.
