Court orders rape trial to be heard behind closed doors
A trial of four migrants, accused of rape is being held behind closed doors by court order.
Judge Michael Mallia has this morning started presiding over a trial by bench of three Somali and a Sudanese migrant who stand charged with rape of a woman in March 2007 at the Marsa Open Centre.
The trial was delayed for the past five years after different lawyers renounced the defence.
