Briton admits to smashing former partner’s apartment

British national James Paul Munden was ordered to pay €900 to his former partner for damages caused during a fight in her apartment.

James Paul Munden, 44 of St. Paul's Bay was conditionally discharged for one year, and ordered to pay €900 to his former partner for damages he caused to her apartment during a fight.

Munden, who works as a carpenter, was ordered to pay the €900 within four months or face re-arrest.

The court, presided by Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna, heard that Munden smashed his former partner's apartment door, and also broke two television sets.
