Driver crashes car, abandons it on roundabout

A reader sent us the pic of the abandoned car.
The Police are trying to establish the identity of the person, or persons, who crashed into a roundabout and abandoned their car there.
Police were notified of the incident late last night, when passing motorists noted a car 'parked' on the Erba Mwiezeb roundabout in Burmarrad.
It now transpires that the car, which has UK number plates, was left on the roundabout after whoever was driving it crashed, badly damaging the side of the shining black Vauxhall Insignia.

There must be a record who imported this car . It is quite easy to establish the owner from these records , unless this car was sold and the transfer was not made by those involved . The person who imported this car is responsable , especially if this car was not reported stolen lately .
