A 68-year-old man dies after falling off a ladder on Saturday.

A 68-year-old man from Balzan died on Sunday after falling off a ladder on Saturday afternoon.
The Police said the man fell from a height of around one storey at a residence in Triq Santa Marija, Balzan.
An inquiry is underway.

Deeply saddened to hear of this loss of life .But to help prevent such incidents re-occurring via an awareness and educating exercise why not publish the results of such inquiries -which,in this case, is being conducted by whom incidentally-as this is especially significant when such incidents occur at the workplace ?
