Two men charged over theft in Gozo

Two men, Anthony Fenech, 35, and Rodney Joe Farrugia, 23, both from Ghajnsielem were this morning granted bail after pleading not guilty to charges of theft.

The two men appeared in the Gozo court this morning, charged with stealing from an apartment and other places in San Lawrenz on 10 April.

Farrugia was also charged for relapsing and committing a crime during the operative period of a suspended sentence.

The two men pleaded not guilty and were granted bail by magistrate Josette Demicoli.
