Judge Joseph Zammit McKeon ordered the Maltese registered vessel M.V. Triantafillo M to pay the sum of €81,053.24 to Liberian company Destel Marine Limited over bunkering services.

On December 28 2012, the vessel had received bunkering services and fuel oil worth over €81,000.

This amount was to be paid with 30 days however the Liberian company had received no payment from the vessel.

When the case was called for the hearing no one appeared on behalf of vessel M.V. Triantafillo M.

The court held that the claim was proven and ordered the vessel to pay the company the money it owed with interest and court expenses.
