Elderly couple hospitalised after traffic accident

An elderly couple from Marsa in their seventies were taken to hospital this morning after being involved in a traffic accident in Aldo Moro Road, Marsa.
The husband is 72, while the wife is 70 years old.
It is understood that the couple's car, a Toyota, was hit by an Arriva bus. The couple were taken to the hospital, who are suffering from slight injuries.
The accident has caused traffic jam in the direction of Valletta.
