Man charged with drug trafficking in Gozo

Christopher Bartolo, 31, from Fontana, Gozo, has been remanded in custody after having been accused of having been in possession of cannabis resin which was not for his personal use.

Bartolo who was arraigned in Gozo, was also accused of trafficking and violating the conditions of a previous court sentence.

The accused pleaded not guilty.
