Man injured in Msida traffic accident

A 48-year-old man from B'Kara suffered grevious injuries after losing control of his car while driving through Triq Dun Karm in Msida.

The police said they were informed of the incident in which the man lost control of his Toyota Hilux vehicle and hit a central strip at around 10:30am this morning.

Members of the Civil protection Department were called on site and the man was then taken to hospital by ambulance.

Despite suffering serious injuries, the man did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
