It is high time that young drivers under the age of 25, not be allowed to own, drive or otherwise use certain cars especially those with quite a few BHP's. Owners of the cars need to be held responsible if their vehicle is found in the hands of young drivers. Furthermore, certain cars are being converted to much produce much higher power that their manufacturer intended especially with regards to breaking power and handling. Cars need to have parts of their electronics locked as it is very easy to replace a relatively small electronic component to increase the power of the car. Seals need to introduced. Insurance companies should also see to it that they do not insure anyone under certain age to drive high BHP vehicles - quite a few youngsters (or their family) still pay the very hefty insurance premium. So insurance companies need to stop insuring these young people. Certain vehicles need to be insured only for over 25 people. Only. It is high time.
