Marsa murder victim’s family file libel suit against il-Mument
The family of Paul Degabriele, known as il-Suldat, file libel suit against PN Sunday newspaper il-Mument.

PN Sunday newspaper il-Mument has been sued for libel for a report during which it described Paul Degabriele, aka is-Suldat, "a dangerous criminal".
Degabriele was murdered in Marsa in May outside the Enemalta Customer Care officer. His murder is believed to be a revenge killing by a rival drugs gang.
The Degabriele family has now filed a libel suit against il-Mument editor Roderick Agius. The newspaper, the family said, implicated Degabriele in recent murders.
