Man suffers serious injuries in Mgarr traffic accident
A 20-year-old man from St Venera suffers serious injuries after crashing car into residence in Mgarr.

A 20-year-old man was this morning involved in a traffic accident in Sir Temi Zammit Street, Mgarr after losing control of his vehicle and crashing into a barrier and a residence.
The man was taken to Mater Dei Hospital were he is being treated for serious injuries. However, the police said that initially the man did not suffer life-threatening injuries, however his condition has now worsened and is in the danger of losing his life.

I have no isdea what caused this incident at this hour with a vehicle driven by this young man-whom I hope recovers quickly and fully-and speculation would serve no purpose.However,it would appear that neither do the "experts " tasked with ascertaining how and why this incident occurred as all they ever state is that "driver lost control of vehicle " with never any further qualification or elaboration.Why is that and why do the police ,insurers or the NSO never provide any information as to the root cause and reason of such increasing incidents-or contributing factors such as excessive speed, alcohol or drug influences etc?
