One of the benefits of multiculturalism. Why is deportation not an unquestionable requirement?

Where is the European Court in Strasbourg now to tell us that we should treasure these illegal migrants. Our prisons are filled in the great majority by non-Maltese nationals mostly of African origin. And they tell us these are refugees and asylum seekers? Go and tell that to the marines.

Surely these two are abusing their stay in Malta and should deported. Or does the EU prevent deportation of these bits of trash as it's against their human rights - but theft and criminal damage is OK, right?
