Police investigating St Paul’s Bay fight, Italian injured

An Italian suffered head wounds during an argument in an entertainment establishment tin Triq it-Trunċiera, Saint Paul's Bay.

The incident happened at around 12:35am.

Preliminary investigations found that the man, 25, was with his friend, 23 when he was allegedly hit with a bottle. Both Italians are from Torino.

He was hospitalised and required several stitches, the Police said.

Police investigation is ongoing.
