Gozitan in critical condition after traffic accident

A 55-year-old man is in a critical condition following a traffic accident in Xewkija, Gozo. .

The police said the motorcyclist suffered life threatening after being involved in a traffic accident in Mgarr Road, Xewkija.

An Isuzu KB that was being driven by a 32-year-old man from Kercem crashed into the victim's Triumph Bonneville T100 who then crashed into a wall.

The victim was taken to Gozo General Hospital and airlifted to Mater Dei yesterday evening.
