15 arrested after sports complex drug find

15 people were arrested for drug trafficking during a party held yesterday evening at the Kordin sports complex.
 
The group consists of 14 men, whose age varies between 18 and 45 year, and an 18-year-old woman.
 
Two of the men are foreign nationals, one hailing from Ivory Coast and the other from Italy. They admitted being in possession of cannabis for personal use and were discharged on the condition of not committing another crime within a year.
 
Another three men were being investigated for trafficking ecstasy and cocaine.
 
A man who was found in possession of 57 ecstasy pills pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three years prison and fined €1,000.
 
Police investigation is still underway and the other persons are expected to be arraigned in the coming days.
