Enemalta CFO files judicial protest against former CEO

Enemalta's chief financial officer Antoine Galea has filed a judicial protect against Karl Camilleri, former chief executive officer of the state utility.

In the judicial protest signed by his lawyer John Gauci,  Camilleri was accused of making "various false declarations" over Galea's operations at Enemalta.

Camilleri yesterday testified under oath before the Public Accounts Committee on Enemalta's fuel procurement between 2008 and mid-2011.

Galea's lawyer warned Camilleri he was being held responsible for damages.
