Fight breaks out in Naxxar after derby game

A person was reportedly injured in a fight which broke out in Naxxar minutes ago.

Initial reports suggest the fight was related to a derby match played today between Naxxar and Mosta, where Naxxar lost 4-2.

Members of the rapid intervention unit and a number of ambulances were dispatched on site.

Motorists are urged to avoid the area due to traffic congestion.
