Paceville is the Sin City of Malta where drinking establishments rule and govern. Police cannot cover every establishment and that is why bars have bodyguards in attendance or should. In most places where ever drinking people gather there is no law and order especially in those early hours of the morning and people have had one to many they forget the real meaning of common sense. When people have one too many, they should be escorted out of the bar or hold the owner of the establishment liable. But like I mentioned before law and order in Paceville belongs to the owners of the establishments and they do not want the drinking to stop because it makes for bad business.

Pulizija jigu meta jinqala xi haga. Never on the beat. Dan l-ahhar kien hemm incident hdejn l-inter conti, l-anqas pulizija wiehed biex jghalaq it triq wara li gew tal bomb disposal unit. St Julians needs a fresh blood in law and order from top to bottom. Mr Commissioner this is a top priority to change all staff.
