Man arraigned for damaging car and private residence
Anthony Bonnici arraigned in court for having voluntarily damaged a car and two doors of a private residence.
Anthony Bonnici, 44, from Cospicua was today arraigned in Court by the Police. He was charged for having on the night between the 3 and 4 October, 2013, in St.Venera voluntarily damaged a car and two doors of a private residence to the detriment of a female person.
He was also accused of causing slight injuries to the same female, of making her fear that violence will be used against her and for having disturbed the public peace and order.
He was also accused of relapsing.
Anthony Bonnici pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and was granted bail under several conditions, including a personal guarantee of €3,500.
The prosecution in this case was led by Inspector Sarah Magri.
