55 police transfers in Gozo after 11 March

 Since 11 March, 55 police officers stationed in Gozo received a transfer, according to home affairs minister Manuel Mallia.

The minister was replying to a question raised by Opposition MP Jason Azzopardi.

Mallia said the 55 officers were assigned other duties in Gozo.

No further explanation was given as to why the transfers took place.
