Woman injured in Regional Road accident

A 53-year-old woman suffered life-threatening injuries after being hit by a motorcycle while crossing the Regional Road near the St Julian's tunnels this evening.

The accident happened just before 6pm, the police said, adding that the motorcycle, was being driven by a 40-year-old from Gzira.
