Lap dancers relieved client of personal items

Three foreign lap dancers handed suspended jail term after stealing mobile phone and cash from patron inside gentlemen’s club.

Romanian lap dancers Daniela Cuzmenco, 28, Carmen Boca, 25 and Ana-Maria Ciocarlan, 22, pleaded guilty to stealing a mobile phone and €40 in cash from a gentlemen's club in Paceville.

The prosecution held the theft happened in the early hours of Thursday morning. Between 1:30am and 2:30am Denys Krakhamalny was at a gentlemen's club when he noticed his phone was missing. He also realised that €40 had disappeared.

The stolen items were later retrieved from the lap dancers' possession. The three women were also charged with handling stolen property.

Magistrate Mirian Hayman handed the three Romanian women a 12-month prison term suspended for 18 months.

Inspector Trevor Micallef prosecuted while lawyer Charmaine Cherrett appeared for the accused.

Isn't that a pivotal aim and objective of lap dancers to "relieve clients?"

Now there is a waste of the courts time and money. I mean really, if a Gentleman goes into one of these Clubs what does he expect? A bunch of angels dancing in his lap for fun? You have to be really hard up and really naive to think that. These girls are there for a reason, probably most of them because they have to, to pay off their Pimp and Master so they can get out off their bandage. Enough said. They should have a sign on top of the door when entering one of the Gentlemens clubs. Enter at your own risk, we are not responsible for any thefts or any other damage while in these premises. We are not responsible for any sexual diseases encountered while visiting these premises.

well that's what you get when you allow lap-dancing clubs to be legal....illegal activity. By keeping these 'gentlemen's clubs' open we are aiding and abetting human trafficking and other crimes surrounding it...and attracting the wrong sort of tourism
