Two Libyan men were arrested tonight at the Malta International Airport after they were found to be carrying 20,000 ecstasy pills and 397 grams of cocaine on their arrival from Brussels.

The two men were arrested following a joint operation between the Police and Customs. The Libyans aged 21 and 22 are both from Tripoli.

Both men are being detained by the Police for further investigations and are expected to be arraigned in Court.
