32-year-old man dies in road accident
Motorcyclist pronounced dead at the scene.

A 32-year-old man from Floriana has died after the Piaggo Runner motorcycle he was driving colllided with a Peugeot 206, which was being driven by a 19-year-old man from Qrendi.
The incident occured early this morning at around 5.30 a.m. close to Mqabba.
An ambulance was called to the scene but the motorcyclist was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The 19-year-old suffered no serious injuries.
The police are investigating this first fatality of 2014.
