Man injured in lotto booth robbery

Salesman taken to Mosta healthcare centre after robber sprays pepper spray and runs away with money.

A 26-year-old man from Naxxar was treated at the Mosta healtcare centre after a robber sprayed pepper spray into his face. The robbery occurred at around 4pm at a lotto booth in Triq il-Qalbiena Mostin, Mosta.

The robber managed to get away with at least €300.

Police investigation is ongoing.
