Two arrested in drug haul

Two men were arrested after the police seized 10 kilograms of cannabis, 15 kilograms of cannabis resin and a kilogram of cocaine.

The drug squad's investigation had been ongoing for months, intensifying over the past weeks as investigators spent days observing the situation.

One of the men arrested is a 36-year-old Sicilian, residing in Swieqi.

Susbtantial amounts of cash were also confiscated.
