Six prisoners test positive for heroin

Six prisoners at Corradino Correctional Facility have tested positive for heroin during urine tests, the Home affairs ministry said.

The tests were carried out at the Corradino Correctional Facility yesterday evening.

The prisoners have since been transferred to separate divisions, while an investigation to discover how the heroin entered the prisoners is now underway.
