Man hospitalised following Lija traffic accident

A 34-year-old man from Pieta` has been hospitalised following a traffic accident in Mosta Road, Lija.

The police said the man was driving a Citroen HZ towards Mosta when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the crash barriers near the cemetery. The accident happened today at about 6:45am.

The 34-year-old is not in danger of loss of life.
