Toddler in critical condition after fall

A 14-month-old toddler is in critical condition after falling in San Lawrenz, Gozo.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the boy fell about three feet in a residence and suffered serious injuries. The boy, an American, has been taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
The Police said that they were informed about the case today at about 1000hrs by the Gozitan health authorities.
Duty Magistrate Coppini appointed an inquiry into the case and police investigations are ongoing.
