Pedestrian slightly injured following traffic incident

A 25-year-old man suffered slight injuries after he was hit by a car in Marsa on Boxing Day.

According to the police’s communications office, a Toyota Vitz in Triq is-Salib tal-Marsa hit the 25-year-old Ethiopian, at around 5.45pm. A woman, 43 of Gudja, was driving the car.

An ambulance rushed the man to Mater Dei where he was found to be suffering from slight injuries.
