19 arrested in New Year’s Eve drug busts

Police arrest 19 people for using or possessing cocaine, ecstacy, mephedrone and cannabis inside entertainment venues

Police arrested 19 people last night for possession or abuse of suspected cocaine, ecstacy, mephedrone, and cannabis grass inside various entertainment venues. 16 of the arrested people are Maltese, one is English, one is French, and another is Romanian.

They are between 17 and 30 years old.

Police investigations are ongoing.
