Quadbike rider in intensive care

A 48-year-old woman from Sweden is in intensive care as precatuion after sustaining grievous injuries when she fell off a quadbike.

The woman was driving the quadbike in Triq il-Manika, Mellieha, when the incident happened at around 7pm.

The police said that it appears that no third persons were involved.
