Elderly woman hospitalised after Mosta traffic accident

A 69-year-old woman from Mosta was hospitalised after getting hit by a car in Valletta Road, Mosta, at around 4:50pm.

In a statement, the police said that the woman was hit by a Toyota Vitz driven by a 31-year-old woman from Birkirkara.

An ambulance was called on site to assist the victim, and she was later certified as suffering from grievous injuries.
