Updated | Toddler hit by car suffers grievous injuries

A toddler is receiving medical treatment after being struck by a car this morning. The Police confirmed that the boy suffered grievous injuries.

At about 10:45am, the two-year-old was hit by a car after crossing the street in front of a relative’s house.

The incident took place in Triq ix-Xghir, Haz-Zebbug, and the car involved was a Ford Focus, driven by a 28-year-old resident of Haz-Zebbug.
