Motorcyclist critically injured in Birkirkara crash

32-year-old man critically injured following a collission between his motorcycle and a car earlier this morning

A 32-year-old man from Birkirkara was critically injured following a crash between his motorcycle and a car this morning.

The incident occurred at around 11:30am at Triq in-Naxxar, Birkirkara.

The motorcyclist was rushed off to Mater Dei for treatment, but the car driver – a 28-year old man – didn’t’ suffer any injuries.

Police investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
