Young boy hit by car in Birzebbuga

A seven-year-old boy was hit by a car in Birzebbuga at 6.45am today.

The accident took place at triq il-Bajja s-Sabiha, corner with Misrah is-Summit.

The boy, a Birzebbuga resident, was hit by a Toyota Townace being driven by a  29-year-old man from Mosta.

The boy was hospitalized, but his condition is not yet known.
