Man grievously injured in Zabbar fall
57-year-old man suffers grievous injuries after falling off a ladder while carrying out works in his home in Zabbar

A man was seriously injured after falling a height of about one storey in Zabbar, the police said.
The incident occurred on Saturday at around 6:15pm, when a 57-year-old man fell off a ladder in his residence in St Anthony Street, Zabbar while he was carrying out some works.
The man was given first aid by a medical team before being conveyed to Mater Dei Hospital for further treatment. He was later certified as suffering from serious injuries, but is not in danger of dying.
Police investigatiosn are ongoing.
