45-year-old Msida woman jailed for six months after admitting to loitering for prostitution last night
A 45-year-old woman has been jailed for six months after admitting to loitering for prostitution in Ta’ Xbiex last night.
Michelle Sharona Falzon, of Msida, pleaded guilty to the charges after she was arrested by police last night in the Ta’ Xbiex and Gzira area.
The accused also admitted to breaching bail conditions issued by another court last week as well as of breaching the terms of two sentences issued in 2014 and July 2015.
Lawyer Noel Cutajar was legal aid, while Police Inspector John Spiteri prosecuted. Magistrate Audrey Demicoli presided.
