Man, 21, in danger of dying after fall

At around 1 o’clock in the afternoon, the police were informed at about an incident where a person fell from a high place in Triq id-Dalja, St Lucia.

The police arrived on the scene to find that the 21-year-old Qormi resident was working on a rooftop of a block of apartments when he slipped and fell four storeys.

He was taken to Mater Dei hospital by ambulance where he was later certified to be in danger of dying.

Police investigations are still ongoing.
